Welcome to VP999 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "VP999", "we", "us" or "our"). VP999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating under applicable international licensing, designed to provide casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and related entertainment services.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you" or "your") and VP999 in respect of your use of the Platform.

IMPORTANT — JURISDICTION NOTICE: VP999 does not represent that online gambling is lawful in every jurisdiction where the Platform is accessible. In particular, online gambling may be illegal or restricted in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. VP999 does not claim authorization, endorsement or licensing by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. It is your sole and personal responsibility to ascertain whether your participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing on the Platform.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on VP999, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or our license terms, whichever is greater. Registering as a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from jurisdictions in which online gambling is not prohibited. You bear sole responsibility for verifying the legality of your participation.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Personal Use: You must use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Corporate, syndicate or bot-operated accounts are prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion request made to VP999 or any other operator that applies to VP999.
• Not an Excluded Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close associate of VP999 or any of its group companies, game suppliers or technology providers in circumstances where your participation would create a conflict of interest.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. VP999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available on the Platform.
• Notify VP999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Do not allow any other person to use or operate your Account.

VP999 treats all activity conducted from your Account as having been authorized by you. Actions taken by a third party using your credentials are your responsibility.

VP999 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering commitments. KYC verification is mandatory for all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and may be triggered at any stage at VP999's discretion.

Documents typically requested during KYC verification include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving license), proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months, and proof of payment method ownership. VP999 may request additional documentation as required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from VP999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary restriction of Account access until the verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that cannot be verified may be permanently closed.

All deposits and withdrawals on VP999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The Platform references a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, digital transfer systems such as Raast, and bank transfers via major institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are for player familiarity only. VP999 does not represent that any of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling services, and availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform cashier and are subject to periodic revision.
• VP999 accepts only funds from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method and provider. VP999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly but cannot guarantee timeframes imposed by third-party payment processors.
• VP999 reserves the right to apply transaction fees where applicable. Any fees will be disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.
• Deposits made using cryptocurrency (including BTC and USDT) are accepted on the Platform subject to the specific terms applicable to cryptocurrency transactions displayed at the time of deposit.

Chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. VP999 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent means.

All bets and wagers placed on the VP999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of play. The general principles below apply across all gaming products unless specific game rules provide otherwise.

• Bets are accepted and binding only upon confirmation within the Platform. Verbal, email or chat-based bet instructions are not valid.
• VP999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, manifest pricing errors or data feed failures, in which case stakes are returned to the player's Account Balance.
• For sports betting markets, including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 leagues, football and UFC markets, the Platform's stated rules for settlement — including void bets, abandonment and reduced-time markets — take precedence in all disputes.
• The Platform's RNG (Random Number Generator) systems used in casino and slot games have been certified by independent testing bodies. Outcomes are random and cannot be predicted, influenced or reversed.
• Live betting odds are subject to rapid fluctuation. Bets are accepted only at the odds confirmed on the bet slip at the time of submission.
• VP999 may impose maximum win limits per bet, per game round or per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.

VP999 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, loyalty rewards and refer-a-friend bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum per-round bet limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry date result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying deposit of a minimum amount, stated in the promotion terms. Deposits below the threshold do not qualify.
• Maximum Cash-out Cap: Certain bonuses cap the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. The applicable cap is stated in the promotion terms.

VP999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time. Promotional abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, using automated betting systems, or placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the VP999 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person or entity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer or live games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Conducting any form of arbitrage, matched betting with bonus funds, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds without genuine risk exposure.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited.
• Any conduct that VP999 reasonably considers to be harmful, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful.

All content on the VP999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio and visual materials — is the intellectual property of VP999 or its licensed game and technology suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or otherwise exploit any Platform content or functionality without express written authorization from VP999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VP999, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, VP999 shall not be liable for: loss of gaming funds arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain credential security; interruptions to service caused by technical failures, network issues or third-party outages beyond our reasonable control; losses incurred in connection with any bet or game round where a technical error has been confirmed and stakes have been returned; or decisions made by the Player in reliance on information or content on the Platform that the Player has not independently verified.

VP999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and self-exclusion facilities. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools and to approach gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

VP999 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years — or the higher minimum required under the operator's license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is prohibited absolutely. KYC verification is used to enforce this policy. The existence of this age restriction does not constitute a representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan.

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility or to contact VP999 support to discuss available options. Please read our full Responsible Gambling Policy for detailed information on available tools and resources.

VP999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where VP999 reasonably determines that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• The Account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate closure.
• The Account holder has requested closure or self-exclusion.

Upon permanent account closure for breach, any Balance held in the Account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances. Where closure is requested voluntarily by the Player and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money Balance (excluding unmet wagering-requirement bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method of record, subject to completed KYC.

VP999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, VP999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders via email or in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it or its subject matter, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VP999 holds its applicable gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and VP999 arising from the use of the Platform, Players are encouraged to contact VP999 support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. VP999 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all legitimate player complaints promptly and fairly.

VP999 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, and Players should not construe this Agreement as creating any submission to Pakistani legal jurisdiction by VP999. Players bear sole responsibility for understanding their own legal position under Pakistani law.
